Fellow member of the ICAI since 1969. Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Florida, Member of the expert Advisory Committee of the ICAI. He was General Manager (Finance) as well as executive Director in Certified Engineers India Limited prior January 2006.

Fellow Member of the ICAI - 1990. Associate Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors,Florida. Specialization in the field of Joint Venture, providing assistance in setting up industrial units, resources mobilization, management of commercial accounting, management accounting functions planning and budgeting including its approval from Central Government including its various Government Department. Associated and provided guidance in arrangement of funds through Public offer.

He has also been involved in preparation of project reports for various small and medium size enterprises and has assisted them in getting their projects financed from nationalised banks. In addition to the above, Mr. R. Mittal also assists clients both individuals and corporate in preparation of their income-tax returns. He also handles income tax assessments for clients.

AMARJIT SOINGH BINDRA

CA A.S. Bindra is joined as a partner having more than 38 years post qualification experience. Retired as director finance SJVN LTD, EX Director Finance UKMRC Itd. He has vide experience in company capital structure, Cost Estimate, Company cashflow & Fund management, Contract Management, Funding Arrangement, Investment Planning, Finance Planning, Project Planning, Tax Planning ERP Implementation, as well as in charge of HR and Company Secretary department Indian Institute of corporate affairs have issued Independent Director Data Bank Registration certificate vide registration no. ALOK SRIVASTAVA, FCA

Fellow Member of the ICAI-2005. Represented legal financial matters such as Income Tax, Sales Tax and Value Added tax etc. before various appellant authorities such commissioner of Income Tax, Income Tax Appellate tribunal, Income Tax settlement commission and authority for advance rulings.

VIPIN SHARMA, FCA, CISA, CIA

Fellow Member of ICAI-2008, Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Florida(CIA) ,Member of the Certified Information System Auditor,USA. He has been involved in the audit of major corporate and non-corporate clients in industries such as textiles, engineering, publishing, paper, travel, software, healthcare etc. He has also been involved in the audit of major nationalized banks. He has an in-depth knowledge of the trends and practices in the Banking Industry. He further has an extensive exposure to the Indian Accounting and Auditing Standards.

VAIBHAV BHAGERTIA, FCA

CA Vaibhav Bhageria is residing in mumbai and has completed his chartered accountancy course From mumbai itself. He has completed his Bcom from KC College, Mumbai. He has also qualified as DISA (ICAI), FAFD (ICAI) and also completed certificate course of concurrent audit conducted by ICAI. Right from the beginning of the career, he has provided his services for the noble cause of the profession.

He is also having vast exposure with respect to various Audits and has carried out and also carrying out audits of many Public Listed / Limited Companies, Private Limited Companies, Public Sector Banks, Private Sector Banks, Cooperative banks, etc. He has vast experience in handling Audits, Taxations and Compliance.

He is also socially active through various social clubs and holds a responsible and dynamic positions in the Social clubs. Currently, He is a President of Leo Club and serving the society.
